Safely at home, light your Yellow Candle Wednesday, July 29th before the Tisha B’av service. We encourage you to light the candle and place it by your window in the same way that you place the Hanukkah candles for all to see. Join us at the Tisha B’Av service Wednesday, July 29th at 7:30 P.M. on Zoom at http://zoom.us/j/336409009/ This year we will start a new tradition. Each family that orders the Shoah Yellow Candle will also receive a postcard with a name of a child who perished during the Holocaust. When we recite the meditation or the Yizkor prayer during the year, these children’s names will be remembered for generations to come. We encourage you to contribute to the Program to ensure that we may be able to continue it in the years to come.
